Many surfaces require a gentler approach than pressure washing, and soft washing is perfect for those situations. It uses soap and other cleaning solutions to scrub grime and other buildups carefully, making it very effective for deep mold stains and buildup.

We accept all forms of payment, including credit cards, checks, and cash.
Pricing starts at $0.16 per sq. ft. Our services vary in cost depending on several factors. For example, the extent of work will play a role. If we are pressure washing a large parking lot, it will cost more than if we were working on a driveway. No matter what, you can count on an accurate and free quote from our team.
As a general rule, you should clean your roof about every 2 years. However, certain factors can change this timetable. For example, humidity and shade can impact algae or moss growth, necessitating more frequent cleanings if either is becoming visible again. Additionally, we offer a 6-month maintenance spray service to help keep mold at bay.
Roofs are fragile and will not tolerate pressure or power washing. Therefore, we always recommend soft washing to care for a roof because it uses less pressure. It will not damage the shingles in the process.
You should consider routine power washing as part of the maintenance you perform to keep your residential or commercial property in good shape. We recommend power washing every six to 12 months.
Mold will build back up because of environmental aspects surrounding the structure. Mold removal is easy for us to handle, but if the structure has lots of shaded or low-lying areas with excess moisture, then it provides mold the perfect environment to grow again. You will need to address those environmental aspects to make a difference in mold accumulation.
Dark-looking or faded areas can be mistaken for "dirty spots". We need to make sure people don't misunderstand. Painting over a wet surface would not make a "dirty spot" it would be an area more likely to paint chipping and fading faster. Damage and lack of maintenance are also common causes of fading and paint chipping which can be mistaken for a "dirty spot".
